JAKOS is an engineering company with 60 years of tradition, mainly focused on
manufacturing conveyors and solid fuel boilers
The main production programme is conveyor belts for the mining industry, conveyors for recycling and technological paths for raw materials. Apart from the aforementioned conveyors for heavy and medium-duty operations, mobile and heap conveyors, weighing conveyors, feeding and closing conveyors, we also manufacture conveyors for use in the food industry, conveyors for transporting unit loads, light portable conveyors and various modifications according to user requirements.
In addition to complete conveyors, we manufacture and supply bearing cylinders, drive or return drums, conveyor track stations cylinder tracks and various conveyor accessories.
We have a complete system of services created for customers including a proposed solution for conveyor tracks, structural design for specific situations, our own manufacturing, assembly, warranty and post-warranty service.
In the Czech Republic, we supply our products to significant mining companies, energy companies (ČEZ, EON), companies dealing with recycling, wood processing companies and small users.
The export of conveyors which Jakos commenced on western markets already back in 1987, has recently been mainly directed towards eastern markets – Russia and countries of the former Soviet Union.
In the field of heating technology, we belong among traditional manufacturers of solid fuel boilers . At present we are manufacturing the ETKA LS boiler with an output of 23 and 31 kW.
